Procedure of publication and reviewing of article

1. The content of the article should correspond to the subjects of the journals.

2. The articles are accepted for publication that were previously never been published.

3. The text should be typed in a text editor, Word 1997-2003, font Times New Roman, size - 14, line spacing - 1,5, indent - 1,25 cm boxes at the top, bottom, left, right - 2 cm, solid numbering of pages, starting from the first.

4. Graphs, charts are not allowed.

5. Tables submitted in Word. Tables in the text should be numerated and have captions placed over the table.

6. The volume of copyrighting material including the summary, keywords, notes, list of sources should be 6-15 pages, for post-graduate students - 6-8 pages.

7. Each scientific article must contain the following data (in Russian and English):

- code of U.D.C.;

- full name of the author;

- scientific degree, academic status;

- current professional status (if available). It is important to indicate the place of work clearly, not allowing other interpretations;

- contact details (postal address, e-mail, phone);

- the title of the article;

- summary (5-10 lines) about the relevance and novelty of the theme, principal substantive aspects;

- keywords about the content of the article (8-10 words or phrases). Each keyword or phrase is separated by comma;

- the list of sources.

8. Links to the used sources are given after quotations in brackets indicating the serial number of source citations, volume (issue, parts, etc.) and page, e.g. [1, Vol. 2, pp. 25]. Bibliographic reference list is located after the text of the article, numerated (starting with the first), preceded by the word "References" ("Notes") and given in order of citation in the text (not alphabetically). It is permissible to specify only one source under one number. When referring to data from the Internet, there are indicated the electronic address of the primary source of information and the date of access in parentheses, for example: (date of access: 22.01.2011). When referring to the same book or the same archive keeping: Ibid. The information about the cited sources are given in accordance with GOST 7.0.5 - 2008 “The system of standards on information, librarianship and publishing. Bibliographic reference. General requirements”.

9. At the first mention of a person must be indicated his name and patronymic, which are separated by a space of names. The years are restricted only in numbers, not numerals: 20s and not the twenties.

10. The materials submitted by the authors to the journal are published after a positive review of Editorial Board's members – the specialists in the given field of scientific knowledge. The original of review is kept in the Editorial Office 3 years after the release of the journal, the copy is sent to the address of the author on his request.

The articles of the post-graduate students are accepted for consideration only with the review of the scientific advisor (or the specialist in relevant branch of science), signed and stamped.

11. The authors of published articles were responsible for the accuracy of the above facts, statistics, names and other information, as well as for the content of materials that can not be open to the public.

12. Presenting the manuscript to Editorial Office, the author is committed not to publish it in whole or in part in any other publication without the consent of the publisher.

13. The article of post-graduate students are published free of charge. The status of post-graduate student must be confirmed by reference about studying at post-graduate courses and signed by the head of the organization and stamped. The article of the post-graduate student is considered to be an article in which the post-graduate student acts as the single author.

14. The procedure and the priority of publication of the article are determined depending on the volume of published material in each issue.

15. The editorial board has the right not to publish the article. In case of rejection of the article in the publication the author receives the reasoned refusal in writing form. The authors are entitled to rework the article or its replacement with another material. No materials submitted to the editorial office are not returned.

Legal status of a juvenile in the Russian Federation

Summary:

The paper contemplates specifications of the national legislation regulating the legal status of juveniles. Basing upon the undertaken study the author deduces that a juvenile's legal status is a multisectoral institution, including the principles, which specify rights, freedoms and responsibilities of a person under 18 years old, the topics of multifaceted nature.
